Payment Terms

Please be aware that payment is required on the day of your examination.

Payment Options

EFTPOS Payments

EFTPOS facilities are available at all reception counters.

Credit Card Payments

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please note, we do not accept American Express.

Internet Banking

Payments can be made online through Internet Banking. Reception staff will provide an invoice with the necessary account details for MSK Radiology. Please ensure you use either the exam or invoice number to identify your payment.

Cash

MSK Radiology will only accept the exact fee amount in cash. Please inform us before your appointment if you prefer this payment method.

ACC Surcharge

A surcharge of $35 applies for ACC X-rays.

For CT and MRI scans, we’ll verify whether your claim is covered by ACC and advise you beforehand if any charges apply.

Debt Collection Policy

Payment for your procedure is required on the day of the exam unless covered by your insurance or ACC. ACC surcharges are also payable on the day; please refer to the Surcharge table above. If you have an insurance excess, this must also be paid on the day of the examination.

If payment is not made on the day of the procedure, the account must be settled within 7 days, unless credit arrangements have been made with the Finance Department.

Any accounts extending beyond a 60-day period will be referred to a debt collection agency unless credit arrangements have been made. All associated costs will be added to the patient’s account for payment.
